Picture Time!

Let's be honest - I don't have much to update anyone on since Tuesday. Now that things are winding down, I have returned to a stress level that's become normal over the past couple years with all the papers and tests I have in these last few weeks. I cannot even believe I only have 3 and a half weeks left of classes! [I think that "I can't believe" has become one of my most overused phrases while in Sydney, but it's so accurate!]

Wednesday was a pretty normal day - full day at work promoting our big spring event. I did manage to get myself blocked on Facebook for doing too many promotional wall posts, which I was relentlessly teased about for the rest of the day, but which cleared up time to tackle a couple things on my to-do list. A pretty average day overall, but I did come home to find that Sam had gotten two hard drives full of movies & TV shows from her cousin. After borrowing them for about an hour, I'm never going to want to leave my laptop again! Yesterday was a long day of internship and classes, the highlight being that we convinced our communications professors that we should spend our make-up class next week watching "Django" instead of doing real work. Not sure how we pulled that one off, but I'm actually excited to go to class on Monday? There have been a couple birthdays around CAPA lately, so we celebrated those last night, with our evening ending rather abruptly after Julie got pushed in the pool and rightfully wanted to go home and change! Today we had a marketing field trip to IKEA, which basically consisted of wandering the store for an hour and a half and having ridiculous conversations with our professor. I won't have Marketing for 3 more weeks; hellooooo Fridays without class, you have no idea how much I've missed you.

I've also received a lot of mail in the past few days - many, many thanks to anyone who has done so during my time here, you have no idea how much you make my day :)

To wrap it up, my Mom sent me pictures from when they were here visiting me, here are just a few:

  1. G'day Bailey! I love the pics! You all look so good. I can't wait to actually see you in a month. I always like hearing what you have been up to even if you don't think it sounds very exciting. Hope you enjoy your future Fridays off. You silly college students. Also, you need to hug an Australian Magpie before the next post. Love and miss you, dad
